How does the shopping cart system work?
When you have found the desired product, you can put it in the cart, without obligation, by clicking the button [Add to Cart]. You can view the contents of the cart without obligation at any time, by clicking the button [Cart]. You may also remove the products from the cart again at any time, by putting a tick against "Delete" and by subsequently clicking the button [Update]. If you wish to buy the products in the cart, click the button [Proceed to Checkout]. Then please put in your data for registration. All compulsory statements are marked by a "*". You will receive more information on the individual pages, e.g. regarding correction possibilities. After having put in your data and chosen the mode of payment, you will get to the order page via the button [Continue].

When will my order be binding?
On the order page you may once more check your input. By clicking the button [Order] you will complete the ordering process. Your data will be transferred in code. If you do not wish to make an order, you can stop the ordering process by closing the browser window.

Will the wording of the contract be stored?
We will store the wording of the contract in our internal systems. All of your ordering data plus a link to the GSTC will be sent to you via e-mail. Our GSTC can be viewed, stored and printed out by you here (PDF/82 KB).

Transmission of order
Your order will be transmitted to us via e-mail. At the same time, you will receive an automated confirmation that we received your order.

Search
Enter your search word into the space provided and confirm with the enter key or by clicking the icon with the magnifying glass. If you enter several search words, these must be separated by blanks. The system will automatically interpret this as AND-link. This means it only will show the search results that contain all of the words you entered.

Prices
All prices indicated are subject to change without notice in the currency given, and include the currently valid value-added tax of 16 %. Save error and omission.

Payment & Invoicing
Our online shop accepts orders by VISA and MASTER card, money transfer or prepayment. If you pay by credit card, payment information will be passed on to the VISA credit card company on the day of dispatch. Exempt from this practice are any subsequent deliveries still outstanding. You will receive our invoice together with the delivery of the goods.

Delivery Time
Delivery will be made within 3 to 10 days after we received your payment. Should a particular item be out of print, we will immediately inform you, announcing an expected date of delivery. Should the delivery be delayed in any way, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone.

Ordering a Catalogue
We will be pleased to send you our 50-page colour catalogue in exchange for 3.- Euros in stamps, within Germany. Within Europe, we dispatch our catalogue in exchange for 5.- Euros as a bank note in an envelope. For all catalogue orders from outside Europe, please send us a 10.- Euro-bank-note in an envelope.

Costs of Packaging and Shipping
Shipments of up to 10 posters within Germany are charged with a standard rate of 8.- Euros. Shipments of 11 to 20 posters within Germany are charged with 12.- Euros, more than 20 posters 20.- Euros.

Shipments of up to 10 posters within the European Union are charged with a standard rate of 14.- Euros. For shipments of 11 to 20 posters within the European Union we charge 20.- Euros, more than 20 posters 32.- Euros.

Shipments of up to 10 posters to outside the European Union (incl. Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Russia, Turkey) are charged with a standard rate of 27.- Euros (airmail), for 11 to 20 posters with 45.- Euros (standard mail), more than 20 posters 68.- Euros.

Should part of the items you ordered be unavailable, these items will be delivered later and free of charges. In cases of complaints, the supplier will bear the shipping costs incurred.

For shipments to any non-EU states abroad, additional customs duties, taxes and fees will incur. Packaging Waste
Following the regulations on the avoidance of packaging waste, the Edition Lidiarte GmbH will take back all materials shipped by them, observing the respective deadlines set by the law.

How will the posters be shipped?
Prior to shipment, our posters will be rolled up in wrapping paper and will then be shipped in solid poster rolls or in specially manufactured square card board cartons.

Customers have the right to cancel their orders within 14 days

Return Policy

Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Edition Lidiarte GmbH, Knesebeckstraße 13/14, 10623 Berlin, Deutschland, Tel: +49 30 313 74 20, eMail: shop@lidiarte.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website (https://www.edition-lidiarte.com/shop/index.php?route=information/information&information_id=8). If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
